Data Protection Officer

Please be informed that while contacting us by email (stating, inter alia, your first name, last name, email address, telephone number) you give your consent to the processing of your personal data in order to answer the question asked or in order to respond to the request submitted, concerning the Manufaktura centre.

A controller of the personal data is Union Investment Real Estate GmbH, company of German law, with its registered office in Hamburg (address: Valentinskamp 70-EMPORIO, 20355 Hamburg, Germany) (hereinafter referred to as the Company). The controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted by letter sent to the above-mentioned address or by email sent to the address: dataprotection@union-investment.com. The personal data within the scope stated in correspondence shall be processed by the Company in order to give answers, in accordance with the consent given based on Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR). The personal data may be disclosed to staff members or co-workers of the Company as well as to entities providing support to the Company under the principle of commissioned services and in accordance with concluded entrustment agreements, and may be disclosed to the entities referred to in the consent clause. The personal data processed for the foregoing purpose shall be stored by the time of withdrawal of the consent or by the moment of prescription of claims arising from the concluded agreement. Each and every person has the right of access to content of his/her data and to rectify it, erase it, limit its processing, the right to data portability or to lodge an objection to its processing, the right to withdraw the consent (e.g. in the same manner in which it has been expressed) at all times without an influence on consistency with the data processing law prior to its cancellation. The data subject has a right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if he/she finds that the processing of his/her personal data breaches GDPR provisions. Provision of the personal data is voluntary.
